Kapwing currently offers 3 different paid plans: Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Both Pro and Business are self-serve so you can upgrade today in your account. Here is more information about each plan to know which is right for you.

Why should I upgrade from the Free Plan?

Most of Kapwing’s tools are available to try for free for creators getting started with video editing and one-off projects. The Pro Plan unlocks premium features for individuals looking to streamline their workflow and create professional content (if you’re looking to upgrade your team on Kapwing, learn more about adding seats on Kapwing).

With the Pro Plan, you’ll be able to:

• Create faster with tools made for modern editing
  The Pro Plan gives you access to exclusive AI-powered tools that make it easy to create and optimize content for all your social media platforms. You’ll be editing 10x faster with tools that automatically edit videos for you, including our auto-subtitler, image background remover, video background remover, Smart Cut, Clean Audio, and more.
• Make content look professional, even if you’re a beginner
  The Pro Plan enables you to export in HD resolution, allows you to make longer videos, and upload larger files, and all projects are watermark-free so you can create high-quality, professional content for your brand.
• Maintain brand consistency easily
  Create custom templates in your workspace and save your brand assets, colors, and custom fonts in the Brand Kit so you stay on brand every time.

When you upgrade your workspace to the Pro Plan, you are also helping us make video editing accessible to everyone. Every project made on Kapwing costs us money to process and store in the cloud, and those costs add up. The Pro Plan supplies us with valuable resources that help keep our platform available to creators globally. Your support is the reason we're still around today and enables us to build creative tools so people can bring their own stories to life!

What features are included?

For the Pro Plan, the main features are:

• No Kapwing watermarks – A watermark is added to projects made by users in Free Plan workspaces, but users in Paid Plan workspaces can export unlimited watermark-free content.
• Create longer and larger videos – With the Pro Plan, you can export videos up to 120 minutes long. In comparison, on the Free Plan users can only export videos up to 4 minutes long. The Pro Plan also enables users to upload files up to 6GB in size compared to the 250MB limit for the Free Plan.
• Export in HD video quality – The Pro Plan lets you export in 1080p so you can keep your projects crisp and beautiful, while on the Free Plan users can export only up to 720p.
• Unlimited cloud storage – With the Pro Plan, all of your projects are saved and backed up in your workspace. You can load older projects and edit and store all projects indefinitely.
• Higher limits & access to all AI editing tools – Most of Kapwing tools use credits, the higher the tier, the more credits your workspace has access to. Edit faster with tools that automate the creation process. This includes our image background remover, video background remover, Clean Audio, Smart Cut, auto-subtitler, and auto-translator tools. Pro Workspaces have up to 1000 credits available per month for these tools.
• Brand Kit and Custom Fonts – Store your brand assets, colors, and fonts in the Brand Kit to easily access them when creating projects. Create custom templates for your brand that are saved in your workspace.

For the Business Plan, you can access everything in the Pro plan but it also unlocks increased credits for video professionals and businesses looking to do more with video.

With the Business Workspace, you’ll be able to have everything above but 4000 credits per month instead of 1000 credits available to Pro Workspaces.

We’re constantly adding new features to both the Pro and Business Plan that you will get access to at no additional cost.

Should I get the Business or Enterprise Plan?

The Enterprise Plan is for high-volume teams. If you find yourself needing more than the limits of our business plan, the Enterprise Plan offers increased access to the auto-subtitle, auto-translate, AI video generators, and Text-to-speech capabilities. In addition, the Enterprise plan offers more advanced management features like SSO, custom billing, and custom training sessions to help you and your team get the most out of Kapwing. How much will each plan cost my team or organization?

Kapwing workspaces on the Pro Plan are billed per member. Pricing starts at $16 per member per month when billed annually or $32 per member per month when billed monthly.

For example, upgrading a 3-person workspace to the Pro Plan and paying monthly means each invoice is $96 (3 members x $32 x 1 month).

Upgrading a 3-person workspace to the Pro Plan and paying annually would mean each invoice is $576 ($192 x 3 members x 1 year).

Workspaces on the Business Plan are billed per member. Pricing starts at $50 per member per month when billed annually or $64 per member per month when billed monthly.

For example, upgrading a 3-person workspace to the Business Plan and paying monthly means each invoice is $192 (3 members x $64 x 1 month).

Upgrading a 3-person workspace to the Pro Plan and paying annually would mean each invoice is $1800 ($50 x 3 members x 1 year).

Workspaces on the Enterprise Plan are billed per member. Pricing is custom-based on your needs and the extra features you request. For more information, reach out to us here.

How do I upgrade?

You can upgrade to the Pro or Business Plan at any time by going to the Billing tab of your Workspace settings and clicking Upgrade.

How do I switch my plan?

You can upgrade from monthly to annual and from Pro to Business. However, at this time, if you would like to switch from annual to monthly or Business to Pro, you must cancel your subscription and once your billing cycle ends, you can re-upgrade to the new plan you desire or contact us
