If you're a Kapwing Pro customer and need to reach us, the easiest and fastest way is by email. For product feedback, ideas, thank you notes, or problems with your account, email [email protected]. If you need help with a project, please include the link to the draft, video, or loading page so that we can investigate.
We try our best to respond to Pro customers within 1-3 business days. Our small team is based in San Francisco, so our standard work hours are Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm PST.
