Creators using Kapwing for free can leave feedback, bug report, feature requests and ideas in this form. You can also join our Discord to ask questions and get help from other creators in the Kapwing community. The Discord is also a great place to connect with us about content collaborations.
If you're a Kapwing Pro customer and need to reach us, the easiest and fastest way is by email. For product feedback, ideas, thank you notes, or problems with your account, email [email protected]. If you need help with a project, please include the link to the draft, video, or loading page so that we can investigate.
We try our best to respond to Pro customers within 1-3 business days. Our small team is based in San Francisco, so our standard work hours are Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm PST.
For partnership proposals, sales, or business development, send a note to [email protected]. We do not accept sponsored posts or do link exchanges, and we will not respond to any sales emails. We do sometimes publish high-quality, original guest posts about topics related to content creation and social media. Qualified writers can apply here. We will follow up if we're interested!
