Almost all Kapwing tools are free to use. Because all videos cost us money and we want to continue offering a mostly-free service, we do not issue refunds.
All free and Pro Workspace limitations are listed on our pricing page, so please review these restrictions and test the product thoroughly before making an informed payment decision. Users who upgrade to Kapwing Pro acknowledge the platform's stated limitations. Kapwing customers are responsible for testing our service fully before upgrading and for managing their subscriptions, including cancelations.
Kapwing customers can manage their subscriptions and cancellations by going to the Pro Workspace > Settings. Users who are unable to cancel their subscription through their workspace settings must contact Kapwing's support team before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle. We do not offer refunds to users who do not unsubscribe or request assistance from us to unsubscribe before the subscription renewal charge date. If you do cancel before the renewal date, you will continue to have access to all the premium features on Kapwing until the end of the original billing cycle.
If you believe that Kapwing has billed you incorrectly, you must contact Kapwing's support team over email no later than thirty (30) days after the closing date on the first billing statement in which the error or problem appeared to receive an adjustment or credit.
We’re a small startup and really appreciate your business! The Kapwing Pro payments allow us to operate and offer most of our tools for free. We’re constantly developing new tools and capabilities on the website which you will have access to as a Pro customer.
